Loans
Loan support to small and medium size enterprises (SME) represents one of the most important segments of Komercijalna Banka activities.
Small size enterprises are enterprises which, as per the latest official financial statement, generated total annual income amounting from EUR 500,001 up to EUR 3,000,000 calculated at the NBS medium exchange rate as at the date of financial statement preparation.
Medium size enterprises are enterprises which, as per the latest official financial statement, generated total annual income from EUR 3,000,001 up to EUR 10,000,000 calculated at the NBS medium exchange rate as at the date of financial statement preparation.
Legal entities with their head offices outside Belgrade territory can submit their applications with all the necessary documentation to the competent branches, while legal entities with the head offices in Belgrade submit the requests with the necessary documentation in 42-44 Svetogorska Street, except for applications for overdraft loans which are submitted in the competent sub-branches in which the client have open current account.
In its efforts to meet everyday needs of enterprises either in respect of working capital or investment needs, Komercijalna Banka offers a wide range of loan products to its clients.
