To simplify the way you receive information, Contact center is offering modern interactive voice response IVR. Service enables you to get all data concerning your account, recent campaigns and relevant information about our Bank as a voice message. For further inquires you can also have direct line connecting you with the agents from our Contact center. IVR is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Contact center – saves your time and money!

In order to get information about use of the funds from your bank accounts you need to use CC PIN for safety reasons. For other information CC PIN is not necessary.

Simple way to get your CC PIN number:

1. Insert your card into the cash machine
2. Choose language
3. Enter your PIN number
4. Choose the CC PIN option
5. After sending your request, cash machine will print your CC PIN (CC PIN never shows up on the screen for safety reasons).

CC PIN is permanent. If you lose or forget your CC PIN just generate a new one. After doing so, your old CC PIN number will no longer be valid.

All data about use of the funds from your bank accounts is confidential. Only you can access this information. For additional safety of your data you need to enter the date of your birth in following order: day, month, year (example 0102975 for February 1st 1975), and of course your CC PIN number (Customer Care Personal Identification Number).
